Hello! I work at the intersection of mental health, diversity, equity & inclusion, and leadership development. Several studies show the connection between well-being, inclusion, and thriving organizations. The old saying is true - It's all about the people. Yes, it actually is. And until robots replace us, it's us. I love helping organizations create thriving cultures, facilitate meaningful conversations, and put action behind those opportunities for inclusion and mental health.
On Monday, October 11, I am going to get on a plane (for the first time since Covid) to Chicago and deliver a keynote to a room full of in-house counsel with the message that the secret to leadership starts with love.
I teach yoga and have online 30-minute classes on Fridays at 9 am pacific for anyone who would like to join. I am also featuring a few free brain breaks (meditation and conversation) on Fridays in October.
Keep reading below for bio if you would like to learn more. I can't wait to meet all of you!
